We work with both local and international suppliers. When you place an order with us, we send the request to our suppliers, who dispatch your products directly to your address. The estimated delivery time is usually 5 to 7 working days, but please note this may vary depending on the supplier and your location.

Will I receive a tracking code for my order?

Yes. We only work with reliable suppliers who provide tracking codes for your peace of mind and convenience.

When will I receive my tracking code?

We send the tracking code directly to your email within 3 business days. This is because our suppliers need some time to process and dispatch the order. If you have not received your tracking code after this period, please contact us by phone at +44 7822 018835 or email service@hiardfit.store quoting your order number (e.g. #4321), and we will respond within 24 hours.

My tracking code isn’t showing any updates. What’s going on?

Tracking updates can take up to 3 business days to appear on the carrier’s system, especially during transit between countries. Once your parcel reaches the UK, tracking updates will be more frequent. Rest assured, your order is on its way.

Do I have to pay any extra fees or taxes?

No, you only pay the price displayed at checkout. Our products are not subject to customs fees or taxes within the USA. Should any unexpected charges occur, HiardFit will take full responsibility and cover these fees. Just contact us at service@hiardfit.store, and we will assist you within 24 hours.

Does HiardFit deliver the products?

Yes, we guarantee delivery of all orders. We use secure payment gateways such as Shopify Payments and PayPal, which protect your purchase. If any issue arises, you can claim a refund or receive support via these platforms.

Delivery is free on all orders, including returns.

Do your products come with a warranty?

All products sold by HiardFit come with a warranty from the moment of purchase until delivery. Additionally, you have the right to return items within 14 days of receipt under USA consumer law. Products also have a manufacturer’s warranty against defects.

How are the products delivered?

Our products are shipped from suppliers located across Europe and internationally, including countries such as the USA, Germany, and Sweden. Delivery times typically range from 5 to 10 working days but may vary due to carrier delays or other unforeseen factors.

You will receive a tracking number by email within 5 working days of your order, allowing you to monitor the parcel from dispatch to arrival.

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped separately with individual tracking codes.

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before confirming your order. Changes to the delivery address are only possible within 24 hours of order placement.

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, parcels may be held at your local post office for collection.

What if the delivery address is incorrect?

If a parcel is returned due to incorrect or insufficient address details, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs.
