Shipping Policy

Once your purchase is completed on the HiardFit website, our processing and packaging time takes between 1 to 2 business days. After this, delivery typically takes between 5 to 7 business days depending on the destination within the USA.

Orders paid via bank transfer may take 1 to 3 business days for payment confirmation in our system.

We provide a tracking code for customers to monitor the progress of their order delivery.

Shipping Costs

Shipping for all products on the HiardFit website is free of charge.

Important Notice: In some cases, delivery times may be extended by a few additional business days due to delays caused by strikes, holidays, high demand periods, or other circumstances beyond our control.

HiardFit guarantees the delivery of your order. We are responsible for refunding the full amount paid for products that are lost or misplaced during the shipping process. All items are shipped with insurance against loss and include free online tracking, so your delivery is 100% guaranteed.


1.2 Insured Shipping

If your order is not delivered within 50 business days from the shipping date, you will be eligible for a full refund.


1.3 Order Tracking

Products are shipped via Royal Mail or another courier service. A tracking code will always be provided to allow you to track your order’s progress. HiardFit will guide you on how to track your items.

The tracking code will be sent to your email once it becomes available, usually within 3 to 9 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note it can take up to 3 business days for tracking information to appear on the courier’s website.


2. General Conditions (Attention)

2.1 Address Accuracy

HiardFit will send products to the address provided by the customer. Please ensure the shipping address is entered correctly to avoid any delivery issues.

2.2 Recipient Absence

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your order. The courier will attempt delivery up to three times. If no one is available to accept the parcel, it will be taken to the nearest local delivery office for collection within 7 calendar days.

If the parcel is not collected within this timeframe, it will be returned to HiardFit. A new shipping fee will be required to resend the order.

All delivery attempts and the address of the collection point will be recorded in the tracking system.

2.3 Incorrect or Incomplete Address

HiardFit is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. In such cases, parcels returned due to address issues will not be redelivered.

If delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details, customers will not be entitled to a refund and must cover a new shipping fee of £7 to cover reshipping costs.

2.4 Customs and Import Duties

If any customs or import duties are applied, these costs are the responsibility of the customer. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional charges as per USA customs regulations.
