HiardFit – Returns & Refund Policy (United States)

If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your item(s) within 14 calendar days of receiving your order, in accordance with the USA Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

This is the first required step for processing any return or exchange.

Returned items must meet the following conditions:

  • Be in unused and original condition

  • Include all original tags and packaging

  • Be returned within 14 days after your return request is approved

Once we receive the item and confirm that it meets all return conditions, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 working days.

Our customer service team will guide you through the entire return process via our Returns Portal and through email notifications.


Return Options

When returning an item due to dissatisfaction, you may choose to:

  1. Exchange for any other available item in our stock

  2. Receive a full refund for the product value

Please note: shipping charges are non-refundable if the correct product was delivered in perfect condition.

Once your return is approved, you will have 14 days to send the item back. If we do not receive the product within that period, the return request will be automatically cancelled and cannot proceed further.


Frequently Asked Questions

I requested an exchange. When will I receive my new item?

Once your returned item arrives at our Distribution Centre and is approved after a quality check, we will send you a store credit voucher. After using this credit to place a new order, your new product will be dispatched within 5 working days, free of charge.


Can I return used or worn items?

Returns due to dissatisfaction, incorrect size, or product variation are subject to inspection. If we detect any signs of use, wear, or damage, we will return the product to you without prior notice and without refund or exchange.


What if the item is defective?

In the case of product defects, we will inspect the item. If the damage is confirmed to be a manufacturing fault, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange, including delivery charges.
However, if we detect signs of misuse, the item will be returned to you without compensation or notification.


How and when will I be refunded?

If you paid by debit or credit card, your refund will be processed back to the same payment method. Refunds may take between 5 to 10 working days, depending on your card provider.

If you prefer, we can also issue a store credit voucher for use in future purchases.

We do not offer refunds through platforms such as PagSeguro or Mercado Pago, as these are not applicable in the United Kingdom.
