Warranty Period

If the customer no longer wants the product for any reason, they have up to 7 days to contact us by email at: service@hiardfit.store to request an exchange or return of the received product in accordance with our exchange and return policy. Return shipping costs will be covered by us.

In the case of manufacturing faults or defects, the customer has up to 30 days to request an exchange or return of the product, with return shipping costs covered by us.
